My Polyscias is getting dry and sad
I don’t know what i am doing wrong with this plant, because it seems dry, but i have watered it more than the recommended amount? Help please

Check the soil.
- does the soil drain adequately, too fast or too slow?
- does the soil absorb water or has it become hydrophobic? If so you need to repot as the water isn’t being absorbed by roots properly
-check roots: are they rotted and smelly? If so you’ve overwatered.
- is it in too bright a light ?
