Hoya soil mix

So i use potting mix with orchid mix for all my indoor plants, can i use it for this hoya? it is my first hoya plant n my dream plant. i did searxh up n it says it like airy soil so like succulent mix, orchid bark, and regular potting soil. any1 that has this specific plant can u help if this soil mix is good for this plant. I have these different soils, should mix all these for the hoya. this is what i found when i searched up wha soil it needs.
3ft to light, indirect

That’s should be fine! As long as the soil doesn’t clump together, you’ll be good. I’d also suggest maybe adding just a little extra perlite. It also helps aerate the soil without making it too dense
@Teenagebean oh ok what do you mean by clump together?
@nenisgreenery if we squeeze the soil in your hand it it stays together. You want it to be very loose
Looks good! Personally id switch to a different soil brand (the bark is fine) because Miracle Gro soils typically come with fungus gnats
@RaineStorm what are some good soil brands? i have been using miracle gro for a while i never had that problem but i would love to know other soil brands
@Teenagebean oh ok i would test it out . so i combine all the soils right tha i showed n test it out
@nenisgreenery yep! And a soil brand I love to use is fox farms for soil mix’s
@Teenagebean isnt it expensive tho?
@nenisgreenery
I haven't used fox farm but I hear it's good. Soil Sunrise does soil mixes for specific plants, Ive bought peace lily soil from them and they loved it. I don't have the brand name but I like to get organic soils too
@nenisgreenery nope! It’s usually 10 dollars for a really big bag
