Hello everyone, I hope you’re having a great day and you and your plants are growing. I visited the county master gardeners’s nursery this morning. I bought another giant plum ginger and a passion vine. I am going to start building a couple of these tables for my plants. I thought I would share it here. Here’s what they use in their nursery, two by fours and hardware cloth which is quarter inch chicken wire supported by cinder blocks. The dimensions are 8 foot long by 22 inches wide . Hello everyone, here is another American Beauty Berry. Flowers and seeds. There are , literally, hundreds of them growing around here. Until, very recently, I thought they were a nusence weed. Hello everyone. I hope you and your plants are growing well. Here are a few of my outside desert plants. These are the plants that are more tolerant to the rain in Florida. Notice these are more succulent type plants. My cactus are in a special greenhouse tent that I have in my front. So excited, I took a chance and imported some plants. I was really nervous, but they actually did pretty darn well. Or maybe one flower specifically. I’m not sure how many yet but I’ve read that it’s rare for these plants to flower indoors in a natural setting. Cleaning? So, I never paid a bunch of attention to if and how dirty my plants were. Until today. ☹️ I went to water my Pink Princess and was horrified. Dirty, Durty, Dirty!!! It’s only been a week since I got my new gloves and plant wipes- and cleaned for the first time, and I shouldn’t be surprised as all my plants are out back on the patio….but wow. So- sat out there cleaning all the plants (well, not the cacti!). Look at this dirt!! Gloves and wipe from just 2 plants are both - gross.
