Omg 🙈 my family got home at 3 a.m. this morning, and my niece was calling me at 9 a.m. to come get her so she could come steal my plants. 😂✨ She’s too cute! 🥰 Anyway, had to share my buddies I’ve been working on the last couple of days. It’s a little wild, but I was out working, and then all of a sudden they changed, and it was hailing. Herb’s delivery! I want a little herb wild. 🤪 🌿🌬️ She had some of my favorites in stock, so I had to get them. I wasn’t expecting them to arrive so quickly. So now I’m anxiously awaiting the other mix now. Ugh, this is why people say: plan ahead..🧐🤨. Ain’t foresight just beautiful? 🤦‍♀️😂😅 Live and learn, but please just live, you little herby dudes! Anyone else been getting their herb on? I gotta say, herbs are so much harder for me to do, but only in the winter. And all winter. 🥶 😅 It’s like cinnamon and lavender. I got sweet pea flowers; I love the smell of sweet pea flowers. While they are super toxic to our furry friends, my dogs and cats have shown zero interest. Thank goodness! 😅 We now have sweet pea photos! Anyone growing sweet peas or anything else that smells so yummy and delicious? 😋 Ps- I’m so anxious today 😬 I’m supposed to have my soil delivery and my last thing I need for my water before I water my plants tonight. Hello everyone. I hope you are having a great day and that all is well. I finally finished my lithop garden. I ordered a dozen very small lithops from Amazon. I put them in a small terra-cotta pot. Then I placed the small terra-cotta pot in a much larger terra-cotta pot and put the larger ones around the outside. Cactus mix, lots of gritty soil from a very old garden, sand and finally crushed stone on the top. I was very careful. I dug out the holes with a spoon and brushed off the plants with a fan paintbrush. My adorable little niece was over today helping me plant and clean up part of the greenhouse, and she brought some of her plants she needed to transplant. She was so excited to bring them over, and she reminded me I promised her she could have one of my caramel marble philodendrons, so she picked out which one, and I’m now acclimating to house conditions. So when they get back from a family vacation to Greenland (lucky ducks!), she’ll take it home. She told me today when she grows up she wants to be a landscape architect 🤣🫶🏻☺️🌸🐝 I love this girl. I’m sure it will all change when she’s ten, but oh my goodness, I love her.
