There are the following reasons for dry tips for dracaena: over or underwatering, too much Sun, or too much fertilizer.

I wouldn’t rush to change the pot unless it’s completely root bound. Also it says your plant is 10ft from light these plants prefer medium/bright indirect light so I would def recommend moving much closer to a southern or eastern exposure window
