About Philodendron 'Moonlight'
Philodendrons grow aerial roots that grip the bark of trees, allowing them to grow over 20 feet tall! Their leaves change shape as they climb and can grow larger than a dinner plate. How to fertilize Philodendron 'Moonlight'
Most potting soils come with ample nutrients which plants use to produce new growth.
By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil it’s likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.
To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your Philodendron 'Moonlight' after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.

I’m a new indoor plant mom….this fella isn’t feeling so good. What do I do? #NewPlantMom
-
my leaves are droopy what does that mean? #Philodendron

Growing well but what dis Bro seems to be growing strongly, but he's always had these 'droplets' and I'm not sure what they are. I thought they might be a parasite or fungi but they keep coming back after I remove them or use antifungal /pesticide. Unlikely that it's dew because it's not really a liquid, it's some sort of gel D: #Philodendron

KILLED IT!! #Philodendron MOONLIGHT oh why ! Oh why!! Can't they YELL AT ME! I've been training Cleopatra to climb. Things were going well until this morning. I put too much stress on her and she has snapped. SO SAD 😢😢. I've dipped her broken limbs into rooting compound and buried her ends in her pot. What are the odds of her limbs rooting? Must admit I've never done this before. Please don't send flowers just advice.

Why are the leaves translucent?? #Philodendron Last night I sprayed a DIY neem oil spray, I got the recipe from Paige Tailon on TikTok, wiped it down with a microfiber towel and this morning I realized it did get about 10-20 minutes of my grow light before I remembered to turn it off…. but now in the sunlight the leaves look translucent. Don’t know whether I burned all the leaves, if I should chop them all off and start over, everything is fine and I’m overthinking it lol, etc etc…. Help!

Repotting #Philodendron Hi fam! I repotted my moonlight yesterday and I wanted some advice about checking root rot. I’ve researched about how to spot some but my eye test is still shaky to me. I wanted to know, from looking at my photos, if someone could tell me if you see anything, and if there’s advice on how you can identify id greatly appreciate it! For context, I was repotting Mel since it’s been a long time and when I take the bulb I like to use room temp water to gently detangle the roots with a soft brush when it’s a very tangled spot. I avoid forcing roots to fall if brittle or dark spots to see if my girl wants to separate naturally. The photos are after I did the wash so from this perspective I want to know thoughts on root rot! Thanks for reading all this 😆😅

Is this a flower?? #Philodendron I know that the chances of the philodendron moonlight producing flowers are very slim, but is this a flower? It really does not look like a leaf. 🥹😳
