Finding light for Bacchus in your home
a window
Bacchus love being close to bright, sunny windows 😎.
Place it less than 1ft from a south-facing window to maximize the potential for growth.
Bacchus does not tolerate low-light 🚫.
Select your region to see how the current weather in your area affects the placement of Bacchus in your home 🏡.
How to fertilize Bacchus
Most potting soils come with ample nutrients which plants use to produce new growth.
By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil it’s likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.
To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your Bacchus after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.

Should I water or just leave like that? I don’t know if I should just leave the plant like that? #LithopsArmy #Lithops

#PlantAddict #LithopsArmy #Lithops #HappyPlants #SucculentLove I’m going to water The Rolling Stones for the first time today. I’ve scoured the net with no success. It says not to get them wet ? I’m thinking maybe a dropper but where next to them ? 1/4 cup bottom watering just doesn’t seem like it would work . Any advice? As you see they are successful in growing.

I was good for a little while, but I broke today. Not only did I order 9 or 10 succulents from thenextgardener.com (recommended by the exceptional @vvvelo, so I can’t wait to get them!!! 🤗), I also went to Lowe’s with my fiance and he got me an #Aglaonema (anyone know what cultivar this is? My app said Red Siam, but I have one of those that is REALLY red, and this one is more of a very light pastel peach color. Either way, it’s beautiful and I love it) and a #TeddyBearVine and a #Syngonium Berry Allusion 🥰🪴😇💖 and I got him a #lithops because he’s starting to become mildly interested in plants and I’m trying to fully convert him to the cult 🤣🤣🤣 And he loves lithops because “they look like brains giving birth to other brains.” 😂 So yeah, I broke my resolve (what else is new) and I am unrepentant! I am STOKED for my new succulents to come and I’ll post when they do! #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantAddict #PlantTherapy #babevila

lithops blister/tumor like growth despite me literally not even looking at it this guy was splitting normally, doing well… the new leaves looked healthy from what i could tell from the crack. then a few days went by, i checked in on my plants and this had happened :( i haven’t watered for at least two months at this point, so it’s very unlikely to be the issue. maybe the sun got too bright too suddenly? what’s the best course of action? #Lithops #LithopsArmy

not entirely sure what’s up with this part of my lithops, the other half is still normal. any ideas? #Lithops

Happy #freshleaffriday to those that "Friday" is a thing 😂 the times I've had jobs where "finally friday" meant something were great, but none of them were my favorite. 🤷🏽 I have SO many photos to share today! I tried to narrow it down but I just can't so they are continued in the comments. NEW PLANTS: 🌱 Hopefully I'm alright at this #corm thing because @lemrobs sent me four more! 🌱 I couldn't pass up @angelw1975 offer so I am about to build my own #lithopsarmy! PROPS: 🌱 My two pots of #snakeplant props both put out pups, or as I like to called them, snakelets! 🌱 My #watermelonpeperomia props are finally popping out of the soil! 🌱 The #monstera that I chopped and propped is putting out not one, but two new leaves! 🌱 #dwarfumbrellatree top is putting out it's first new growth since I put it in soil! 🌱 The #swisscheesevine I chopped and propped is also putting out it's first leaves! FLOWERS: 🌱 Both of my #kenyanviolet rescues are blooming for the first time since I saved them! PLANTS: 🌱 I cut my largest #rubberplant to try and convince her to branch better. Well, I have these three huge ones and five more that are teasing me! 🌱 My #ficusgem has been putting out the most perfect leaves lately, four and counting! 🌱 The #hoyarosita I got from #plantproper is throwing out the cutest new leaves! 🥺 🌱 My #krimsonqueen from PP is also throwing out it's first pink leaves! 🌱 Last but not least, 2/3 of my #strawberrybegonia are throwing out babes! Phew! I think that is everyone! #alocasia #alocasiamaharani #alocasiaaddicts #lithops #sanserveria #peperomia #monsteradeliciosa #monsteramob #monsteraadonsonii #chopandprop #propdontshop #ficus #ficusgang #ficusfam #hoya #hoyahangout #hoyaheads #begonia #begoniabunch #happyplants 🌱 #NewEnglandGregGang 🌱 #MaineGang 🌱 #ThePlantMompy
