Do other #Greggers out there like #thrifting pots and planters?! It’s one of my favorite things!!

All of the plants in the pics are in #thrifted vessels! 😍 What #ThriftStoreFinds do you guys have?!

Bulbasaur! And is that a crockpot?!? I love it!
@HedwigRhoda it is! πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ I have a whole group of succulents in old crock pots.

Alsoβ€” that Bulbasaur is the cutest! That one was an Etsy purchase for my birthday from my partner! ❀️
Oh my gosh I am dying here!! A crock pot for your flowers!! Love it!!! 😍 do these pots have holes in the bottom for drainage? If not please be extra careful not to overwater them for root rot .. 😜 @AloeThereFronds Indigo!
I love theifting for containers. Got real lucky today and found someone's slightly broken pottery project that was clearly a succulent pot!
YOU HAVE LITHOPS?!?! That's so cool!!!
@CourtlyKingfern they are! Half of them have nursery pots inside of the crock pots. The others don’t, but I built in some extra drainage and use a moisture meter. It’s worked well for some, but not my string pearls. I’m probably going to repot that one. 🫠
What did you do to get the string of turtles so big? I repotted mine when I got it (it was in a teeny tiny pot) into a 4 or 5 inch terracotta pot. It’s growing, slowly. But I can never tell if it’s happy! It always looks the same!
I LOVE the ceramic berry basket as a pot. I own one that might get planted now.
@EmergingBonsai I just bough lithops at Trader Joe'sβ€˜s!
@AloeThereFronds Indigo I am indeed impressed!! πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ’ƒπŸͺ©πŸ•Ί
@DynamoSpicebush it’s a fairly small crock potβ€” maybe 4-5 inches? I bought mine fairly large, and I think the grow light has helped it get a little larger. That little silver pole in the background is a plant light that sits right above it. πŸ˜€
Absolutely! I don't buy ANYTHING new unless I have to!

If more people bought Preloved there wouldn't be half the waste in the world that we, as humans, produce! Xx
This might be off-topic, but I added this app today, and the first plant I added was a hens and chicks! I had a lot more but they were kept in a big pot under an overhang, and they were almost never watered. I thought I killed them, so I replanted it in a pot it shared with some flowers. It ended up surviving, and now I have a thriving hens and chicks potted on my sunny window in my canopy bed!
