#LithopsArmy #Lithops #HappyPlants #SucculentLove I’m going to water The Rolling Stones for the first time today. I’ve scoured the net with no success. It says not to get them wet ? I’m thinking maybe a dropper but where next to them ? 1/4 cup bottom watering just doesn’t seem like it would work .
Any advice? As you see they are successful in growing.

Might be a bit too free drainy.
A syringe from the chemist could also help as a dropper like the ones for childs medicine can place closer to the plants.
Im sure youll come up with something.
@Seymour one of those bonsai planters as you see came in hand for these guys .
I have the little squirt bottles with the long curved skinny spout to water all of my succulents. You can get the water right where you want. I got them from Amazon. They are called plant irrigation bottles.
@ILoveMyPlants that pot and they looks beautiful, if you have a saucer to to under it you can bottom water these by filling that and it should be sucked up the drainage hole. I also have put some gravel between my lithops and the soil and can gently water the edges of the pot and it is absorbed in.
Or if you have a small bottle or spout that you can aim quite accurately
@Ninabeena I was thinking very close to your answer in using a dropper. Question being were ? Next to each ?
@TheLonelyDaff I’d love to do this though a 1/4 cup seems very hard to be absorbed properly ?
@TheLonelyDaff Great minds think alike, I used lecco balls on bottom and through out the soil along with lava , sand and soil . So I fear the underneath might not absorb enough ?
@TheLonelyDaff That’s exactly what I had in mind.
I love how you have rocks with the living stones
I actually leave mine outside and they get a decent amount of rain, lots of sun, and they thrive. All the succulents have been exploding outside in this crazy humid spring we’ve been having and it’s been a real eye opener
