Any advice for these pups? I got this Crassula over summer and it started growing pups and losing its adult leaves. I kinda liked the idea of cutting a little below the 3 pups on the top to see how it would grow (check marking on second photo) but I’m scared it may be difficult for it to grow roots.. I’ve started to remove the ones toward the bottom of the plants once they’ve grown big enough. I’m hoping i can keep the momma alive. Does anyone know what this is called. The first pic I took on this app said it was peperomia rosso and the second said it was echeveria. Now I am confused. I don't believe it is the first one. Anyone have any idea?

Can I repot this plant even though it's October? My springtime crassula has finally grown long enough to tip her pot over. Conventional wisdom says to wait until spring, but I don't want to have her resting on her lower leaves for that long. I got this plant as a rescue. It was likely overwatered and was loosing leaves, but after a month or so, it started bouncing back and is now doing really well ☺️
