Ewwwie! Got my first scary spiderrrr yukkk. We thought it a Black Widow, but we’ve been told it’s a Redback Widow. 😳â˜č I was moving a plant and it was under the dolly- crawled right across my hand. Hello #thewateringhole friends! I was looking for a little humidity dome for my baby Alocasia Jacklyn today, and realized I could turn an old vase over and stick her under there until she grows a bit more. And as you can see, the bottom half of her semi hydro setup is currently a yogurt container- didn’t want to buy a whole setup when she will soon outgrow it. It made me think of other things I’ve repurposed for plants, such as the beautiful ceramic berry strainer for a little orchid I have, and a couple of thrifted bowls and plates I use as saucers, or to hold plants steady on a wire frame shelf. What things have you repurposed, on purpose or because needs- must? I’m still new to the pothos world. My Albo pothos is a bit unruly and barely fitting in the window sill. Should I put some of the branches on a trellis or some kind of stake? Omg 🙈 my family got home at 3 a.m. this morning, and my niece was calling me at 9 a.m. to come get her so she could come steal my plants. 😂✹ She’s too cute! đŸ„° Anyway, had to share my buddies I’ve been working on the last couple of days. It’s a little wild, but I was out working, and then all of a sudden they changed, and it was hailing. When picking this plant out I did not expect it to go so cohesively on the table with my Thai con! If you didn’t know like I didn’t, the monstera Thai con and philo ring of fire have almost identical variegation the philo just has more yellow tones than the Thai conđŸ„č Now officially two of my favorite house plants I thinkđŸ€— (My Thai con is still slowly but surely pushing out the new birthday leaf, I’ll make sure to update once it’s unfurledđŸ„č) #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantAddict
