I never follow rules 😅 Number one rule of having #VarigatedPlants is to keep them OUT of #directsunlight…so I grow mine with direct sunlight 😂😂😂 They love the sun and don’t even flinch in an extra hot day 💚💚💚 by the way if you couldn’t tell, I absolutely adore Monstera Deliciosa in any variegation #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantAddict #PlantTherapy #GrowLights #sunlightsaturday #PlantCorner #Monstera #MonsteraMob #RarePlants #PlantLove #GregGang #Greggers #PLANTMAFIA #BuffaloNY

Went Lowe's this morning for a pump sprayer. These 2 followed me out the store. 🤷‍♀️🤣 Ive got to spray the sweet potato vine when I get home. #Philodendron My two new philos! I’m upset my El Choco Red is a little damaged with washed out color so I hope I can get it to come back. This Black Cardinal on the other hand is gorgeous! I’m a new Alocasia Polly owner- I noticed she was starting to droop so I watered her 2 days ago thinking she was thirsty. She is even more droopy now. Her soil feels dry. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong, any suggestions? Update on the flower. It’s rooting! I have it in a shotglass XD, please do ignore that. Anyway, I was changing out the water before I leave to be seven hours away for three days, and I saw a little root! Yay!! Cantaloupe for Days!! I started these as seeds in May. By the end of May they had to be put in the ground. Hubby built me 2 “Teepees” for all the plants to grow up on, rather than take over the yard lol. Now- I have 28 Melons!! This is Biancé, just like Beyoncé but different lol I grew her from two #MonsteraAureaMamorata #nodes. She is technically two plants in one but I love the fullness so I’m gonna leave them together. She is truly my pride and joy. I absolutely love her. She legit gives me two leaves every 7-10 days! She was my one first #Node2Leaf plants. Found this beautiful Monstera Albo at Target -so I ‘rescued’ it! I repotted it in a soil/orchid bark/perlite mix and added a climbing pole. It has gorgeous roots! #Monstera #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantAddict #MonsteraMob #MonsteraAlbo

And, to my surprise and in the same week, I believe one aerial root is going underground and one young stem is coming back up to, I suppose, start a new individual. Am I correct? Happy days!

So many garden friends out today…..fawns at daybreak, Lloyd the frog/toad at mid morning (yes, my daughter and I HAD to name him), and a hummingbird at the grocery, frozen food dept). It's been a while since I posted, but dealing with life in general hasn't been easy lately. However, I'm thankful for Greg and my plants. Hoya blooms are truly the reward for the gorgeous plants. Three of my beauties are blooming. First up is my Sunrise has passed all expectations with six peduncles blooming at once. Next up my Wayetti has bloomed, she was from a cutting I grew, just love her little burgundy and pink flowers. And third is one of my Crassipetiolata, she produced two peduncles and blasted her first set of buds then she decided to bud again and had given me these gorgeous blooms. All three hoyas have a sweet fragrance. #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #HappyPlants #wateringhole #hoya #hoyahangout #hoyaheads #SarahsGrove
