I just wanted to brag a bit on behalf of my aloe plant. He really is “The Little Plant That Could”. I purchased him as a mature plant 2 years ago. 1.5 years ago, my parents 1 year old Great Pyrenees puppy destroyed him to the point I really thought he went to plant Heaven. I put what was left back in the pot and put him in the dark laundry room. (It was winter. I’m in Northern Indiana. That room gets quite cold.) After a few weeks, I noticed growth! Forward to today, and look how happy he is. I should probably transplant some of the babies though. It’s Monday, almost time for dog walk🐕🐾 & dinner 🍽️ here! Just wanted to share a new flower spike on my anthurium bakeri. It will turn bright red and then form fat seeds all along the top of the spike🌱. Last pic is the post-sulfur treatment of the batch of FB Marketplace Hoyas I got from a local gal. The day I brought them home 🏡 I showered 🚿 them & sprayed with insecticidal soap. Never did I consider flat mites. I’ve got many Hoyas and never battled flat mites. Guess if you collect them long enough it’s bound to happen. I’m definitely looking into beneficials with help from our resident beneficial bug expert Nadia @DreamMachine 🏆🙌 for post sulfur maintenance 👩‍🔧. How was your Monday? It’s probably a short work week for many with 4th of July this weekend 🇺🇸🎆🧨🎇🇺🇸. Plant 🪴 MAIL. My hoya publicay red buttons came today 💕 I got the pretty pink polka at Food Lion on Friday I went to Walmart today and got the desert rose cactus 🌵 and the geometric cactus 🌵 and they had bonus plants in both of them. Actually all the coastal farms little cactus has these extra plants in them . #happyplants #plantsmakepeoplehappy The plant on the top shelf is my snow queen I recently repotted and changed her spot and now she has #newgrowth

My Green Congo Nuclear has its new home. Super stoked! I love the variagation on this plant and it has a yellow sport leaf with white variagation on it! I don't think you can see it well from the pic but the white splotches are there. And a half moon leaf beside it.
