Is this rosemary? I can't tell. It looks and smells like it could be, I lost track of what I planted. Also, it's not sitting upright, it's slumped over. How do I help it?

I ventured out this morning to inspect the plants before the sun becomes too intense and bright. I’m back inside now, but not before capturing a few photos. The greenhouse is incredibly humid this morning! The acclimating outdoor plants are looking remarkably better.
