I received this beautiful calla lily as a gift from my mother-in-law. It arrived as pictured, in sphagnum moss. I have never owned one of these before, but I think it looks a bit tight in this current pot... If I re-pot which soil would be best? 😌

I’ve cut my Monstera Swiss Cheese and they’ve been in the water between 1-2 weeks. I change the water every 3-5 days. How long do I wait to put in soil? #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantAddict #NewGrowth #MonsteraMonday #Monstera

He’s about 2 years old so no flowers yet but Tom’s sprouting this huge leaf in the middle and it’s sort of hard inside so I’m not sure if it’s a few leaves rolled up or the beginning of a flower stalk inside the leaf,🤷‍♀️! It’s so exciting!! I hope it’s a flower stalk because I feel like I’ve been waiting forever. The 1st photo is a picture of Tom he when I got him. Other photos are from tonight. 🤞 I’m going to see a flower shoot out in a few weeks!!!

My Thai con unfurled its leaf! I wont say I wasn’t a little disappointed when I saw the difference in size and the fenestrations but I had realized half way through it shooting up that it needed better support😪 That being said the variegation is beautiful and I’m excited for the next one already! #HappyPlants #ThaiConstellation

My Mandevilla #BrazilianJasmine has taken off like its name Rocket and is flowering beautifully. I’ve had him a few years now. I love how he’s wrapped around the decorative lattice and growing up over the patio cover. Hello everyone, I hope you’re having a great day and you and your plants are growing. I visited the county master gardeners’s nursery this morning. I bought another giant plum ginger and a passion vine. I am going to start building a couple of these tables for my plants. I thought I would share it here. Here’s what they use in their nursery, two by fours and hardware cloth which is quarter inch chicken wire supported by cinder blocks. The dimensions are 8 foot long by 22 inches wide . Good evening everyone. It’s been another very hot day here in West Central Florida. It has not been raining much. Here’s a photo I took this evening of long leaf southern Pines growing on the front of my property. Basically the same trees I took late yesterday afternoon. Ewwwie! Got my first scary spiderrrr yukkk. We thought it a Black Widow, but we’ve been told it’s a Redback Widow. 😳☹️ I was moving a plant and it was under the dolly- crawled right across my hand. SCARED me to death. I was bitten by a Brown Recluse 10+ years ago- all I can say is spiders freak me out out. #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantAddict #GregGang #SpiderShelfieSaturday

Went Lowe's this morning for a pump sprayer. These 2 followed me out the store. 🤷‍♀️🤣 Ive got to spray the sweet potato vine when I get home.
