I updated my last photos. Anyone know what this could be? Water levels are fine, I use a water meter. Soil should be just fine, just bought it 4 months ago. Wondering if it’s pests that I can’t see? Help a girl out!

As my Weeping Fig gets larger (purchased small) is it possible to braid the developing small trunks into one larger centralized trunk? Will this harm the plant?
