About Tuberous Begonia
There are over 2,000 species of Begonia, and horticulturalists have created even more varities by cultivating all sorts of shapes and colors! They're native to tropical regions around the world, but are now found in homes in cold climates as well. Their taxonomy is far more complex than other plants, with species belonging to different cultivar groups. They contain oxalic acid, so be sure to keep them out of reach in homes with pets or children! ⚠️
Taxonomy

Tuberous Begonia may have difficulty thriving, and will drop leaves 🍃, without ample sunlight.
Place it less than 3 feet from a south-facing window to maximize the potential for growth.
Select your region to see how the current weather in your area affects the placement of Tuberous Begonia in your home 🏡.
How to fertilize Tuberous Begonia
Most potting soils come with ample nutrients which plants use to produce new growth.
By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil it’s likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.
To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your Tuberous Begonia after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.

Help, my begonia is dying! Is there any way to save it? I got this begonia at the end of May and for a while it was doing really well, then it a couple weeks ago it started taking a turn for the worse. I may have put it in too big of pot, so I just repotted it in this small plastic pot. I’m worried I over watered it. It’s been outside the whole time I’ve had it. I really love this plant because it’s variegated. Is there any way I can still save it? Thank you so much!! #help #helpneeded #Begonia #BegoniaBunch #BegoniaBrigade #sickplants

Am I doing this right? I've had this tuberous begonia for a few months now. When I first got it she had very pretty flowers and was able to stand upright without support. My brother broke it on accident but she came back pretty fast. My only concern is that it hasn't grown any flowers since then and she needs a stick to help keep her upright. I don't know if I should have it in a hanging planter so it can trail down or if it's supposed to stand upright. I also would like to know how to get her flowers to come back. Thank you in advance, I really like plants but I've never had my own before so I don't know if I'm doing it wrong.

Not sure if it is a lost cause. This begonia was beautiful and I am a plant killer and forgot I put it under the grow light in the basement. 😳 I have been using this app for a month and I am finally not killing my plants. Miley is done to two stems. They are firm and have little leaves on them. Do I keep trying? Is this a good sign?
