It finally came! Well, one part; the last part of my soil mix. Still waiting on the hydroguard… ugh… 😩 Why is it taking so long? 🙃🐌🩵🌸 In the meantime, I have finally finished repotting 72 plants and more to go… but I gotta take a little break. Oh my. That looks like an extensive project. I get stressed just looking at it. (Too much moving around soil for my taste). But I love the setup somehow. I looks so orderly 😅
I've been neglecting all planty tasks for the last days (weeks?). At least I gave them all a thorough watering. Thankfully, I will have a slow day tomorrow, apart from one appointment later in the day. Since I won't be able to do so this weekend, I plan to sleep in tomorrow instead (if my dog will let me). Maybe, depending on the weather (and his decision on whether or not he will let me sleep in 😅), I will try for a more lengthy walk with Mr Sleepy and then maybe do some chores at home. Maybe meet up with a friend for coffee around noon. That's about it.

@MariansOasis so I’m not going to lie; I have no idea what I like it about yet. (😂😅) this is my first time using it. But from what I have read; my understanding is this the readers digest version; "Hydroguard puts friendly bacteria into the soil that form a protective shield around the roots to stop rot, while simultaneously chewing up the nutrients so the plant can grow way faster." The longer answer "Think of Hydroguard as hiring a private security team and a personal chef for my plants' roots." 1. The Bodyguard (Stops Root Rot):"Even in my chunky soil, bad bacteria and nasty root-rot fungi are always waiting to attack. Hydroguard is packed with millions of 'good guy' bacteria. They swarm the roots and completely coat them. They take up all the physical space and eat all the available food. When the 'bad guy' pathogens try to show up, they are physically blocked and starved out. It acts like a living shield." 2. The Personal Chef (Unlocks the Food):"Plants can't absorb raw organic stuff straight out of the dirt; the pieces are too big. But I have found a big black Costco storage bin works wonderfully for mixing my soils and then I fill my containers in the bin, but my dogs constantly are knocking things over… ugh 😩 It’s a slow process, but by the end of summer; I’m hoping to have it cleaned up and manageable 🤞 These are all my newest Hoya. They are just barely rooting 🩵🌸🤞

I switched most hoya to PON. Will eventually switch all non-succulent/cacti to PON. I recently bought bulk Akadama and Pumice is various sizes for my succulents/cacti.
I have more soil additions in my kitchen than I do food in my fridge or cabinets! 🫣🤦🏿♀️🤣
