Anyone have this Philadendron Florida Beauty?

PPP: are grow lights necessary? Just received my #PinkPrincessPhilodendron and #RoyalQueenPhilodendron starter plants. I plan to keep them by a sunny, south facing window (zone 7a). Will this be enough to promote color and variegation? Iām reading that PPPs prefer bright indirect light, but also see people use grow lights for them.
