Finding light for Haworthia outeniquensis in your home
Haworthia outeniquensis may have difficulty thriving, and will drop leaves 🍃, without ample sunlight.
Place it less than 3 feet from a south-facing window to maximize the potential for growth.
Select your region to see how the current weather in your area affects the placement of Haworthia outeniquensis in your home 🏡.
How to fertilize Haworthia outeniquensis
Most potting soils come with ample nutrients which plants use to produce new growth.
By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil it’s likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.
To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your Haworthia outeniquensis after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.

Is this ok? My haworthia retusa seemed ok, but when I checked the roots, she had none. I changed her medium and sprayed the area with some peroxide water. Will she be ok? She's still firm, so seems like she's not gonna die. For now. #plantsmakepeoplehappy #plantaddict #succulentsquad #haworthia

I know I’ve been posting a lot guys.. but I finally had time to do some plant chores, which in turn means plant pictures for Greg. 😊✌🏻🌱 •these are all my Haworthias, I keep them inside in a window sill that gets some morning light. They seem to do pretty well there. Ever since I started growing succuIents I have loved this species! They are so easy going, low maintenance, tolerant of pretty much anything, & all while having so many unique & eye catching varieties to choose from. Kinda reminds of Crassula (another favorite species of mine for the same reasons). 2. Crowded Haworthia 3. Haworthia ‘mirabilis’ 4. Zebra haworthia 5. #whatthesuccwednesday I'm very much flabbergasted to find my Haworthia truncata in bloom. I'm almost speechless, as I didn't think I could love this weirdo anymore than I did before pulling open the blinds today.

Calling on #succulentlove #succulentsquad Haworthia cooperi and Haworthia obtusa....both of them have lost almost any plumpness. It's like they aren't taking in any water. One of my mixed succulent bowls had a couple of plants doing this, and I had it in fairly high light ...I moved it to lower light and the Gasteria started to plump back up. Anyone else have experience with their "juicy" Haworthia plants deflating? If so, have you found a way to improve that? A pic of what it currently looks like, and an internet pic of what it's supposed to look like (in comments). #happyplants

My star cactus is growing really wild and not in the iconic star shape it’s supposed to grow into. Any advice?

Is this normal new growth? What does he want? #Haworthia
