Brown spots and falling leaves with my fiddle leaf fig Any help identifying the cause would be greatly appreciated! The plant was shipped to me about 3 weeks ago and looked healthy. The plant was covered in a powdery blue substance which I wiped off with a wet rag (fertilizer?). Itās in front of a south facing window and receiving pretty good light. I didnāt do much with it other than water it once within the first week but the brown spots started about then. I started running a humidifier, repotted it, and am following 1 cup of water per foot of tree once a week. Do these look like root rot, low humidity, not enough water, low nutrients, or sunburn? I see no sign of pests. Thank you!!!

Says direct sunlight but right now it's 30 degrees out at night. I don't think it can stand that cold and it weighs more than I can safely lift to be bringing in and back out on the lani #FiddleLeafFig

So I went from this to this in about a month or two Iām a first time plant mom so I wasnāt really sure on how to take care of it or from what I researched how dramatic Fiddleleaf plant is, but Iāve researched all over and over and Iāve tried to get it to stay alive and Iām not sure how to really honestly go about it cause someone please help me give me some tips on what I can do to possibly save this plant if able to at this time FYI, I mistakenly stripped a piece of the stem down as pictured in the photo. It did not just happen like that on purpose. #Fiddle leaf Fig
