A NASA/ALCA study on the use of common plants for indoor air purification also labeled them—along with Philodendron and spider plants—as the most effective in removing formaldehyde from the air. 💨

How to fertilize Snow Queen Pothos

Most potting soils come with ample nutrients which plants use to produce new growth.
By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil it’s likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.
To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your Snow Queen Pothos after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.

The variegation on this leaf! 😍 Last fall I noticed her leaves were coming out darker and solid so I gave her a trim and added a grow light. And the variegation has been the best it’s ever been! 💚🥹 Just had to share this tiny success story. #HappyPlants #PothosPack #PothosSnowQueen

Extended my moss pole tonight for my snow queen pothos! She’s really taking off! I had all the materials and she was ready for an extension so I thought why not. I’m really hoping I get some bigger sized leaves soon! Also, I love this pot that she’s in at the moment! I chose my favorite pot for my favorite plant! (Ignore the pestle I put in the pot because she’s pretty top heavy. Also, ignore my windowsill. It’s dirty and the peaches are gonna be put away lmao😂 #Pothos #SnowQueenPothos #cutepots #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantAddict #NewGrowth #PlantTherapy #PlantLove #FavoritePlants #ILoveHer #Bee

While watering her I noticed my snow queen pothos has these single brown dots on three of its leaves. 1 dot per leaf! What do you think it is? #SnowQueenPothos #Pothos #help #PlantAddict #help #helpneeded #HelpfulSuggestions

Spider Mites?!!?? I bought this plant from an independent seller, it was perfectly fine when I bought it - except a few brown spots on the leaves (please refer to the plant profile). A few weeks later, there are large patches of brown and black as well as cobwebs on the soil. It is not producing any more leaves, and the overall health of the plant looks bad :( Please may someone give me some advice? Thank you Jemima 😁

My snow queen has lived in water for 6 years and was always beautiful, recently she’s become pale, the tips of her new leaves are drying and leaves in general are smaller, any advice? #PothosSnowQueen

Droopy pothos Help! Brought home this new snow queen pothos a few months ago. She was doing so well until the last few weeks where she’s been super droopy and shedding leaves. I haven’t noticed any crisping, but the foliage is turning brown and yellow and is just looking sad overall. I’m assuming this could be a combination of overwatering/too much sun. It’s hard to see in the photos, but she’s just not seeming happy. Any advice to get her back to health?? #PothosPack #PothosSnowQueen #droopyleaves

Please help🥲 I just realized that almost every leaf has these little dots. I’m kinda nervous cause she’s been doing so well and I’ve never seen this before. Does anyone know what it is?? #PothosPack #MarbleQueenPothos

Was leaving it outside okay? I don't have the full version of the app, and I'm just trying my best. I was wondering if it was getting too much sun or heat? I've had them outside for a while, letting Mother nature take care of them until I could rehome them. But I feel like there's just too much direct sun in my garden. I'm not sure how to fix this problem. Any and all comments welcomed, eager to hear what tips and tricks there could be.

What other plant parents say

i got this pothos quite a while ago, and for the first month or so, saw no new leaves. i was a bit discouraged but as soon as it put out one, a ton started coming through. i did burn her leaves at first by putting her in direct sun after being shipped, which could be the cause of the no growth, but she bounced back beautifully. 10/10 recommend for a beginner house plant.
