How to fertilize Black Star Snake Plant
Most potting soils come with ample nutrients which plants use to produce new growth.
By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil it’s likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.
To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your Black Star Snake Plant after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.

I plant, loving friends! I’ve had this #CornstalkDracaena #Dracaena for about 4 months and trying to figure out what’s causing brown leaves /tips and starting to see some yellow spots and cracks in some of the leaves as well. Do I need to water more or could this be a pest issue? #HappyPlants

What’s up with my #Dracaena ? Can he be saved? Second pic is him back in March (lower right). He’s about 3 yrs old. Always loved that spot. Suddenly he’s droopy and losing lower leaves for about 3 months now. First pic is him in a new spot closer to a sunny window after a repot, and some fertilizer.

What’s up with my mom’s Dracaena? It receives around 4 - 6 hours of direct sunlight each day. It gets watered every weekend. When we got home from camping I noticed the stem part was bent and the plant was laying flat against the windowsill. It’s still bent but I propped it up a bit against the window. Any advice on how to help my mom’s plant? #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantAddict #help #Dracaena

Drooping snake plant My other plants are thriving lately with more sun, but this little snake plant has been very sad ever since I moved apartments. She’s keeled over and all her leaves are drooping. I’ve tried giving less water, more water, more sun, less sun—I don’t know what the problem is! What can I do to make her healthy again?

Help! I think I initially overwatered her. Then I put her outside on a covered porch and that did nothing. So I put her in late afternoon sun. #Dracaena
