Can anyone tell me what is on my tomato plant and if it can get on another one that I have. It started out like black spots around the edge of the leaves and then turned yellow, curled up dry. The new growth does not have it.

Mo my tomato plant is planted in a pot outside in the sun, but it’s been raining every day for two weeks and now it looks like it’s got some insects. Do you think I need to move it to the porch until it dries out a little bit?
