Hello friends! 🤗 I had to pick up these two beauties on my last stop at Home Depot! 🌱💚 I’ve recently become really interested in bonsai, and I had no idea you could create bonsai from such a variety of plants! I’m hoping to blend these two together and experiment with creating a beautiful bonsai from them. I honestly don’t know exactly how it will turn out, but I’m excited to see where this little project takes me! 🌳✨ If any of you have experience growing or caring for bonsai, I would absolutely appreciate any feedback, advice, or tips you’re willing to share. PSA to all my Oklahomies—GO HIT UP CREST FOR $14.99 TROPICALS!!!! I know there must be some Sooners/Cowboys on here, but @Kittylover1612 is the only one that's on my tag list 😣😩😂 They have monstera, dieffenbachia, cordyline, palm, fiddle leaf fig, alocasia, dragon tree, and a few others I can't remember off the top of my head. Hello,🌿 I wanted to share an update on my ficus tree. The middle photo is when I first brought her home, and she was thriving for several weeks. On July 25, I fertilized and watered her, and I think I accidentally overwatered her. Soon after, she started drooping. I repotted her on July 29 to help the soil dry out and improve the root conditions. The first photo is what she looks like now. She still has new growth, so I’m hopeful, but her trunk has become wrinkled and doesn’t feel as firm as when I first got her. Her leaves are still drooping, and the base doesn’t look as healthy. I’d really appreciate any advice or tips from those experienced with ficus bonsai. Thank you! 💚 #HappyPlants #FicusGinseng

pic #1 randomly, after 2 days of watering, this random stem grew out of no where!! i was so excited but also worried because how would it survive being so long and flimsy.. well now pic #2 it fell over and the little leafs fell off of it but it’s still green and growing?!? should i cut it??? i’m not sure what to do about this #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #NewGrowth #HappyPlants #PlantTherapy
