I just wanted to show off my echeveria “Hercules.” It was one of my very first succulents, which I got late last summer. I didn’t know anything about succulents at the time, and didn’t even know it was an echeveria. It was green and flat and much smaller. I was delighted when it turned mint green with purple highlights! ACE Hardware #planthaul !! They had 75% off all of their plants! I spent $50 all together for 12 succulents, a #RoyalHawaiianBlackCoralColocasia, a big pink #cordyline , some pretty #Coleus, and 2 of these cold hardy Georgia Peach #CoralBells that I am going to plant in the ground. The #succulents were 99cents each!!! I am totally in love with the #Colocasia and I feel like I should have gotten another one! Lol. They all look so healthy. I brought most of my succulents collection into work, because I noticed the ones in my office are doing 10x better than the ones at my house—the air is SO DRY here! They really love it! So why not bring the whole family? Plus, great conversation starter when people come into my office 🤗♥️🪴 The second pic is my table with my other office plants. I was bored and decided the plants needed fancy white backdrop photos. My #Echeveria ‘angel kissed’ has grown so much since I got her! so pink and full, plus her flower stalk is SLOWLY but surely making its way out. It is so cool to have a plant flower for the first time! And my Licorice is STILL alive yall 🫣 at what point could I consider it safe? Recap: when I noticed the weird orange rusting/ickiness, it was spreading so I plucked two leaves and then sprayed her with a baking soda mixture asap. There’s been no new spread since then (it’s been about 2 and a half weeks). The leaves that were spread to still have orange spots, but they haven’t grown or changed. Considering this is my first time dealing with a potential fungal issue, I’m not sure if it’s safe yet or if the baking soda was successful in removing whatever caused the dying look… thoughts? Wouldn’t it have been a lot cooler if I had posted the photos on my #WhatTheSuccWednesday post? 🤣🤣🤣 Let’s try this again. Only 20 minutes left in the day. Jeez. Today, we have a succulent arrangement I made at work, featuring my coworker’s giant #Echeveria of some kind (I think?), a #SpiderCactus which is hidden by all the clover that is taking over the pot 😂, my #Aloevera and some #GollumJade . It’s so happy in the office window and that echeveria keeps growing! It’s about 7” across now! 😱 Then, we have my #FloristKalanchoe which is finally about to rebloom! Go girl! 🌸🌸🌸 Next, my #Sempervivum enjoying the winter in the living room window My cute new #SnakePlant 🐍 And last but not least, my new Echeveria Neon Breakers from #GregPlantShop.
