Hello all my plant friends; it’s good to be online again. Been a little under the weather but by Gods grace I’m having a good day 👏🏽👏🏽🙏🏽 Most of all I am now thrip FREE. 🤣🙌🏽. it has been a tedious ordeal but I’m so glad its finally over. I was out working on some of my berries again when I stumbled upon this perlite that also contains silica. While some people may not be fond of silica, I personally prefer it and find it more beneficial than other options. In fact, I highly recommend it over nitrogen, which can be more detrimental to your plants than silica. I was caught in a rainstorm and decided to sprinkle some perlite silica on my strawberries 🍓, as they are more susceptible to crown rot and root rot due to their shallow roots. 😉 🫶🏻🌻🩵🐝 but this silica perlite blend is called EasyGo (brand name) but it’s called ‘Harvest Hero’ on Amazon 🐞 #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantAddict #TheWateringHole #TheThread #NewGrowth #PropagationStation #PlantTherapy #GrowLights #PetsAndPlants #PlantCorner #BeforeAndAfter #PlantShelfie #RarePlants #PlantID #OutdoorGrowing

I was so excited to be able to get out of the house today, and on the way home from the doctor, my mum stopped at a local nursery. She got some gorgeous little show stoppers! Then she just happened to magically find herself at checkout with a plant I’d be wanting for… forever! 🤔 Myers Asparagus Fern… ferns and I are just barely starting to like each other, they’ve been my sadly misunderstood plants that I sorely have attempted to understand… I’m sure they all have a few thorny - ferny fiddle head love hardships.. 🙃 (I know, me and side rants..) okay, it was so weird. We really had no idea who put the fern up there. I was in a separate part of the plants when I heard my mom laughing, saying, “It’s not hers and she didn’t know where it came from, but maybe I do?” I said no, but I want one! So my mom was an angel and just said…”it made itself into the cart. How could I say no? It was coming home with me whether or not we knew it.”… “so NOW stop cooing over the plants!
