What do yall think about this potting setup? This is how I got it from the seller. No drainage just leca on the bottom and moss on top. Should I change anything?

#Philodendron My two new philos! I’m upset my El Choco Red is a little damaged with washed out color so I hope I can get it to come back. This Black Cardinal on the other hand is gorgeous! Hey I’m back in a not so positive mood i found spider mites on many plants. Didn’t know they were causing so much trouble but even so I took some drastic measures ( buzz cutting the leaves ) it’s NOT fun. First the universe or wtv threw aphids. Gone. Thrips. Almost gone/redused AND ALL OF THIS MANUALLY CAUSE I WAS BORED TO WALK A DISTANCE OF NOT EVEN A KILOMETER TO THE AGRICULTURE STORE. AND NOW SPIDER MITES? Girl I- I DID SEE THEM BUT I SAID SUM SHI LIKE “ Awwww cute lil bug make yourself at home 🥰 “ NO. First it was my tumeric. Then it was my beloved chamomile which I wish is not gonna die. Then my fennel. MY FRENCH LAVENDER YALL DONT KNO IM OUT HERE TRYING TO FIND ALL OF THEM FROM MORNING TILL ALMOST NIGHT. If they touch my lemongrass I’m going crazy. I’m gonna spread the negativitest energy on them. I am starting to forget how to write in English I’m gonna cry cause the lavender is pale and fuzzy WHICH MAKES IT HARDER TO SPOT THEM. Also my lavender might have bortytis HOW IS IT EVEN SPELLED. IT S ALREADY GRAYISH HOW AM I SUPPOSEDTO FIND THE MOLD. If sb read all of this novellike post you the ogs Ilove you pls don’t claim my negative energy I’m keeping it for them. Also quick question. Is Audrey ok? So there is this little thing sprouting near my aloe plant! I was doing their daily checkup and I saw this, in so confused how a seed could have gotten in there. It's indoors but it is surrounded by other plants, I'm not going to pull it out because I wanna see what it is. I feel like it's a weed, but who knows! I will come back to this post once the little "weed" grows a bit more. I will keep you guys updated! #happyplants #plantsmakepeoplehappy #plantaddict
