Repot Broad Leaved Aloe

Before Anything it’s been stretched out horizontally like that for a while from a past spot it was in.
So, it seems like he probably needs a good up potting. And that’s definitely where I’m thinking even tho it’s hard to tell cus it’s horizontal 🤦♀️😂. My wild one. But the length of the plant is like twice the pot size so to me that usually means bigger pot.
Anyway, main point, and I know this is probably pretty unordinary, so a lot of people prob won’t know what to say, but how the h*** am I supposed to repot this and also now it has to hang off any pot cus there’s literally leaves (*forget what they’re called with succulents) in every direction. Fr. Doesn’t seem possible but…
There’s the pictures. Some leaves burnt off so I had to take them off that’s why there’s a ‘stem’. Lol, idk what to do with this guy. He needs new soil too but problem mostly is the pot 😂😂😂
