Can anyone ID this sanseveria? She was too beautiful to pass up for $10. She's about a foot tall and her leaves are pretty wide. New growth is very bright green, the older leaves are darker. Most leaves look a solid color except the most mature ones. I know shes needs wiped off, I literally stopped to snap photos before I even got her in the jeep.

Hello everyone. I hope you and your plants are growing well. Here are a few of my outside desert plants. These are the plants that are more tolerant to the rain in Florida. Notice these are more succulent type plants. My cactus are in a special greenhouse tent that I have in my front. Good Thursday to everyone. It’s another hot one here in West Central Florida. Hopefully we’ll get some rain this afternoon. I found two more monarch caterpillars on my milkweed plants this morning. That makes three at all. Normally, I would be upset if caterpillars were eating my plants, but this is why I am growing them. I took these cuttings from my mom 4th of July weekend and propagated, but they haven’t grown any new roots at all. They pretty much much have stayed the same. Should I transfer them to soil in a small pot w drainage? Any insight is helpful! Thank you 🪴

This beautiful discoloration appeared on my monstera deliciosa leaf almost 4 weeks ago. When I first saw it I said “WOW THAT IS BEAUTIFUL” until I quickly remembered my deliciosa is not veriagated😭 I got very nervous for her. Here we are almost 4 weeks later- the patch has not changed size or color, the leaves are still beautifully glossy and firm, no brown edges or crispy tips, no wet tissue, and is actively growing and completely attached to the moss pole with aerial roots. My research told me this can happen for a multitude of reasons, and also that the leaf could basically be unbothered even with that spot. Ever seen or heard of that before? I don’t knew what caused it, but I’m gonna take it as luck. So… a couple weeks ago I posted on here about my beautiful new Alocasia Polly. About 2 weeks after receiving it, part of the plant (with the biggest leaf 🙁) started drooping. I’ve never had an Alocasia, but I thought it was a sign of thirst. I’ve heard Alocasias are super dramatic. So I watered her. And it didn’t help. I decided I would try to repot. When I pulled the plant out- the part that was drooping completely separated from the form. Had to throw her away. But I repotted the other half with all of its roots. The plant stayed firm and green and beautiful for about 2 more weeks. I had thought I had saved her. I came home today and she was completely collapsed on the table. This morning, she looked like the firm green happy plant. Idk what happened. I took the support stick out from behind her, and the entire plant came out with it super easily. I’m talking meat falling off the bone😭 I have no idea what I did wrong. But she is definitely extremely squishy and I’m taking the loss. When I got rid of the other half prior however, I planted the 10 corms that I harvested from her- and a couple have already rooted. So it’s ok!
