Donāt mind my yellow leaves but this might be a stupid question⦠why is my amaryllis sprouting from the side like this? Could it be another bloom? Or is it sprouting a baby? I know the bulb isnāt properly covered btw, I bought it from a store while it was in bloom and didnāt want to repot until the flowers died to prevent further stress. #Amaryllis #help #HappyPlants

I got this from someone and not sure what to do with it. Chop it? Or leave it be? She said it bloomed twice in the fall. Is this what they do during spring/summer? She wasnt able to have it by sunlight which I think is why it hasn't done much. Please help #StripedTubedAmaryllis

This plant is usually sold as a Christmas plant so I donāt know if others keep it as all year round as a houseplant. The leaves grow insanely fast and so tall that I have to cut them and next thing I know thereās a new leaf sprouting. I have never been able to get this to bloom after the initial bloom when I bought it. It is a bulb plant so I might not be doing something right because Iāve never done a bulb plant as a houseplant before
