Snowflake Aloe
About Snowflake Aloe
Many people are familiar with Aloe vera, but this genus of plants contains tons of other beautiful succulent plants that come in all sorts of colors! Their succulent leaves evolved to store water in dry climates, which makes them a perfect fit if you're a busy plant parent. With great care (and a lot of sunlight) you may even see your Aloe bloom! Their flowers grow out of a large spike and can be shades of red, orange, and yellow. 🔥

How to fertilize Snowflake Aloe
Most potting soils come with ample nutrients which plants use to produce new growth.
By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil it’s likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.
To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your Snowflake Aloe after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.

Is my Aloe dying? 🥺 I’m hoping you can help me figure out what’s going on with my Aloe. I got it in a succulent variety pack back in March, but it didn’t come with a specific plant name. It’s been under a Sansi grow light and I’ve been watering it about every 2–3 weeks. It actually flowered from the end of June through July and seemed perfectly happy. After the flower stem dried up, I cut it off, and since then the plant has been steadily declining. 😭 So my questions are: Is this normal after flowering? Is there a chance I can save it? Or did I get one of those succulents that dies after flowering? I’d love any advice! 🌱💚 #SucculentSquad #SucculentLove #PlantsMakePeopleHappy

I JUST repotted my aloe (a tad late in KY) in succulent/cacti soil, but I didn't have a larger pot for my aloe. I was not expecting to find roots growing in a circle at the bottom of the pot. Will she be okay or should size her up an inch? #AloeVera
