HELP

just dug it out, the roots have not been growing, I don't think the old roots are working anymore. What now? ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿฅน #lithops #lithopsarmy
Is this the same one from your post a few days ago? Looking at it now out of soil, I can tell it's severely etiolated. That, along with the pale coloring, are surefire signs that it hasn't been getting enough light, and has possibly been overwatered as well. The root system also looks pretty weak (such as the lack of a strong central taproot).

Once lithops get this stretched out, it's really hard for them to bounce back. But here's what you can try...
Let it *completely* dry out. Stick it in some bone-dry substrate (for example, 80-90% perlite with little to no organic matter). Increase light to at least 4-6 hours in a west or south-facing window (or under grow lights with a minimum PPFD of 150 for at least 12 hours a day). And don't water it at all for a while.
