I'm back Sherri. Could I see a photo of the whole plant from the side.
You definitely are having issues with the leaves getting stuck while unfurling. It can be caused by the humidity being too low.
But I have a feeling she is overwatered and having trouble accessing the water and nutrients she needs . A full photo will give me a better idea. Chuckle on the mend.

I suspect what happened is after the repot she suffered shock. (Which is completely normal). But, the shock makes it very easy to overwater them. And the rain was too much for her in her shocked state, the wind, rain and unstable temps added more shock on top. When they are in shock, they also stall unfurling any leaves. Because that takes energy, they just can't do it.
So, it's normal for them to get stuck if it's repotted and has furled leaves. I always try to time my repots for when they don't have any furled leaves. Just because I learned that with mine.
The yellowing is definitely saying she's too wet. Even if her soil feels just barely moist.
What kind of soil did you use? It could be the soil making it even worse. My monsteras have 2/3 aeration in the form of bark and perlite.

Uh oh, she looks pouty and mad. π₯Ίπ When you touch her leaves they are probably quite soft. They should be firm and rigid. She definitely didn't enjoy her showers!!!
Sorry Sherri, I know you were trying to do the best thing for her.
The good news is she looks healthy besides that. Just give her time to dry out completely. Limit water until she starts sprouting new growth and NO fertilizer. Monsteras are quite resilient.
You don't have to isolate she looks healthy besides that. I know I have taught you that a yellow ring means bacterial infection. But bacterial infection is a clean line all the way around, a very distinct ring. The way yours if fading out is just too much water. Definitely dry her out though she needs that.
I totally understand you wanting to keep her in isolation after the year you have had with pests!!! So keep her there if it makes you more comfortable. Sending love and big hugs my friend!!! π€π©·
