Happy Father's Day to all the Baddie Daddies out there!! Long time no post π«Ά so I thought I'd throw one out there. I hope everyone is doing well and having a wonderful Sunday πβΊοΈ I love this time of year and although it's hot as Hades in Central Texas π₯ Everything in the Oasis is green, lush and in full bloom. Here are a few plants that are showing out today. Not sure if they're going to be in correct order π€·ββοΈ
*Prince of Orange (the new leaves are almost neon!)
* Aglaonema Chinese Evergreen - has a baby bloom π looks like a tiny Peace Lily flower.
* Monstera Deliciosa - I've got HOLES! π³οΈ Or Perforations if you're fancy π I just noticed the singular "hole" this morning on a different leaf. Lol
* Snake Plant - I gave my son last year. I was so worried that something was going to happen to itπ«― but I had no reason!! He has taken wonderful care of it π₯Ήπ

@princesspitstop Glad to see you hosting at #TheWateringHole today!! Your plants are beautiful π€© and doing so well! As Iβve recently branched out from the world of succulents, I am happy π to share a couple of small victories. 1. Hannah, my green prayer π plant is sprouting the second new leaf π since I got it from my step daughter last month. 2. The mixed pot of neon pothos and ? Marbled pothos she gave me is also putting out new leaves π. This is the pot that started my new pothos obsession. I have been afraid to move the prayer plant since it has put out new growth.
@RefinedSandwort Hi Joy! YES!! Your Prayer Plant and Pothos are doing amazing!! I wouldn't move the Prayer Plant either. It took me a while to figure out where it was going to be happy too. Nice move adding the pebble tray! They love the humidity and it will keep the ends from becoming crunchy. I also saw your gorgeous Albo you posted yesterday too!! You're doing a great job! I know it had to be a little scary but you're doing a fabulous job π₯°π
@princesspitstop Your plants are gorgeous! The color of the Prince of Orange is unbelievable. And the Monstera with its new fenstation is just too cute. And the Sansevieria was taken care of so perfectly very impressive! π€©π€©ππ

@HolyLacealoe Hi Anna! π Your Brasil is so pretty! I love the markings on the leaves! π₯° Ohhh and your Monstera leaves are so big and beautiful! I've got a Sansi bulb too the plants I've got under it have taken off!! A good grow light makes all the difference in the world. ππͺ΄
Hi Heidi. Itβs great to see you as always. Itβs as hot as π₯ here to in west central Florida. Your plants look great. I am going to start a new succulent bowl garden today. I found a really cool but weird succulent to plance in the center. I am still looking for some inspiration to use for a design. Of course my space is limited since itβs going into a bowl. take care, I always look forward to your post, my friend.οΏΌππͺ΄πβοΈβ₯οΈ

@princesspitstop , one of the plants I bought is a coral cactus. Itβs really a strange looking plant.
@MamaLinne Oh WOW your POO leaf is so vibrant! Their leaves make me so happy π I've never had a Sundew before what a cool bloom coming from it!! Weeee hoo!! I love Hoya season and Peduncle watch!! All of my Hoya are still babies I got from cuttings. My favorite part next to Peduncle watch is waiting for them to get roots! π₯° Please let me know when it blooms and tell me what it smells like!!
@princesspitstop I love seeing the roots form too! This carnosa has been wild to watch- I got cuttings off of my daughters plant last May, and itβs already gotten so big and putting out a peduncle?! I canβt believe it and wonβt believe it until I see it bloom. All of my other hoya are under 2 years so I never expect them! And yes, that little cape sundew is an amazing carnivore and so easy to keep! Much less fussy than the Venus flytrap. Iβve been enjoying watching it and the butterwort catch stray gnats! Here is the original carnosa cuttings last May. It realllly likes its place of honor in my sunroom I guess!
@MamaLinne It's definitely loving it there!! Those leaves are so big too!! π₯° A few months ago my Krohniana Splash gave me a Peduncle that bloomed. My first one! It's very exciting!! I'm on the edge of my seat waiting with you! ππ«Ά
@ElectricHighway Hi Gerri π I use a product called Big Leaf Energy it's Neem oil as pest prevention and an organic leaf shine. I'm actually out! Thanks for the reminder! βΊοΈ
