About Lemon Lime Peperomia
Did you know Peperomia plants belong to the pepper family, along with black peppercorns? Their fruits and seeds have traveled one of the longest distances ever recorded, over 3000 miles to an island in the middle of the Atlantic ocean, while stuck to a bird's feet! 🦅 They can be easily propagated by leaves which make them super easy to share with friends!

How to fertilize Lemon Lime Peperomia

Most potting soils come with ample nutrients which plants use to produce new growth.
By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil it’s likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.
To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your Lemon Lime Peperomia after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.

Baby Rubber Tree, Upright or Vine? I read somewhere recently that Peperomia Obtusifolia can grow strong upwards, but also topple over & hang like vines. Almost like succulent vines. Does anyone let theirs dangle? How's it look? I ask because mine has started to fall over, & I'm not sure if I should stake it & see how tall it can grow, or let it hang & wobble to and fro 😉😂 #peperomia #hangingplants #happyplants #viningpeperomia #stacked #babyrubberplant #ThisOrThat #growth

Does my plant need staked? It arrived in a 4" grow pot and was toppling over from the weight so after an adjustment period I went ahead and moved it to a larger pot. Leaves are now droopy so not sure if I should stake it.

So after chopping my Micans up I decided to chop up my lemon lime peperomia. It was all gangly and I would like a bushier plant. Then I stripped my alocasia scalprum of all its soil and replaced it with spaghnum moss. I just have a feeling it’ll be happier in that medium. As an experiment I seperated my two plants and placed one semi immersed in my aquarium (fingers crossed it doesn’t die haha) the other is in my cabinet. #PropagationStation #ScienceWithGreg #Peperomia #AlocasiaAddicts #PlantsMakePeopleHappy

How can I get this turtle to thrive and gain more colour. I occasionally see clusters of little brown mites eating at a detached leaf. I tried insecticide but the turtles don’t like it. Should I let it #thriveonneglect #Peperomia #Peperomia #StringOfTurtles #help

What am I doing wrong? #Peperomia I got this off Etsy around Sept? Oct? And it has barely grown, she has super tiny leaves, and no roots? I moved it to a wider pot (around Feb/March) after learning she is a trailing plant hoping it would maybe encourage growth but also roots… still not much of anything but she hasn’t died! So is this a hibernation thing or…?
