How to fertilize Catclaw Mimosa
Most potting soils come with ample nutrients which plants use to produce new growth.
By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil it’s likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.
To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your Catclaw Mimosa after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.

Is my sensitive plant dying? I’m new to these guys. I repotted it best i could recently because it was growing out of the container i got it in. Now, some of the leaves are going crunchy. What did i do wrong and how can i fix it?

Bottom leaves turning bright yellow then falling off! Help! So got this about a month ago and has been growing like crazy, it’s in a nice sunny spot (not too much or all day direct), water when told to and or when I notice is pretty dry. I’ve touched it about 4 times since I’ve had it (so not over touching it either). What is going on and how do I take care of my baby?! #PlantAddict #HappyPlants

Propogating Sensitive Plant Any suggestions / success stories for propogating a sensitive plant from cuttings? I've seen a lot of suggestions online but can't seem to land on the best approach. I tried once and they wilted as I made the mistake of leaving them outside in the hot sun. Would love tips! Want to gift a propogated plant to someone.

Lost Leaves I recently got my Mimosa Pudica and she never goes more than like 1 day (or 2 if I'm forgetful) with a dry pot, yet she keeps losing leaves unless I keep her constantly wet. Is this normal? Will this lead to root rot? How do I combat her losing leaves? She also gets all droopy and he leaves stop being reactive right before they fall off. I want to think it's the watering, but I can't help thinking it's abnormal for her to be unable to tolerate even 1 day with a dry (not damp) pot... supposedly they grow like weeds in some places...

Yesterday I received my first sensitive plant with the mail. She arrived poorly. She wasn’t tied up well, so she was shaked around in the box. She didn’t even respond anymore… Yesterday her soil was still a bit damp, but this morning I gave her some water. I went for a walk with the dog and when I came back she dropped a lot of leaves. And when I was looking how that was possible she dropped some even more. She is alive! 🙃 With the dropped leaves I was scared she wouldn’t make it, but she actually looks way better now. So fingers crossed she is a strong princess (Putri) 💪🏽

Why are these leaves turning brown? I just got the plant last week and it was all green. It's in an east facing window and has a grow light about 1.5' above it. #SensitivePlant
