How to fertilize Ashy Hydrangea
Most potting soils come with ample nutrients which plants use to produce new growth.
By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil it’s likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.
To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your Ashy Hydrangea after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.

It’s outside and in direct sunlight. I’m watering as often as my app tells me to & it’s brown. It’s been very hot here, so I’m guessing it’s just all burnt. Ugh - Do I cut all the dead/burnt leaves/flowers off for it to start over? #FrenchHydrangea

Some of my hydrangea leaves are looking like this. Any suggestions on what I can do to fix it or what could be causing the problem? #PanicleHydrangea

Leaves brown spots Hello, I recently purchased this hydrangea plant from amazon. I'm not a gardener but I love mopheads so, I potted it as I wanted blue and used acidic soil. Now I notice some leaves looking like this. Can any hydrangea owner share what is the reason? Over watering? Under? Lack of sun? Disease? Thanks

Hello! My French Hydrangea (hortensia as I call it) had beautiful pink flowers. Now they’ve become green as I believe is normal. Should I cut them? #FrenchHydrangea

Self watering pots for hydrangea? Girlfrond was getting pretty droopy quite frequently, and when I took her out of the pot I received her in, she seemed to be root bound. I moved her to a larger pot with some good, rich soil, and watered thoroughly on top of filling the reservoir for the self watering pot. But as it's my first time repotting something, how long will it take for her to recover from the stress? I broke up the roots as best I could without really getting in there because I dont want her to die. #FrenchHydrangea #firstrepot #help #plantsmakepeoplehappy
