Some new friends š± I already have a little warty, but this one is so much lighter overall and has more white bands than my larger one, I thought it was really nice and had to get it!! Interested to see if it continues to have such a high white expression to it or if itāll darken up like the other. And I have an anacampseros sunrise so I got it an anacampseros telephiastrum variegata to keep it company lol. A wonderful late birthday gift from the awesome @Seymour, heās a wonderful friend š A Venus fly trap, who needs a name š«£ Iāll link a name suggestion post for that ā> https:// And a little warty, Pebbles! I love a textured plant, theyāre fun to pet Unfortunately shipping took some time due to the holiday weekend, so they were out there for a while, but the plants survived! They just took some cleaning up. Theyāre both enjoying bright grow lights. I was more worried for the VFT than the hardy gasteria, and there were only a few trap casualties. I kind of wish there was some note included in the boxes that gives any information about the plants/care tips as I feel some people may find it useful, or even some information about what soil is currently in the pots and the conditions/water theyāve been kept inā¦ Both were packed well enough to where nothing was chipped or torn. The warty did make quite a mess with dirt since itās just packed in some paper like a cup and the pot was warped, but it has some beautiful roots #RootPorn And the VFT needed a lot of cleaning, but the soil was still very moist even though it was in shipping for like 5 days in the heat. She was sunburned! When I bought this lil guy she was red and I was like oh arenāt you cute! I had no idea she was sunburnt- itās been about a month now and she is almost entirely green. Finished repotting it. I was hoping this pot would work for it. Seems to fit pretty good. The roots were really root bound so it will be relieved that it has some room now.
