My ox tongue has a lot of new growth. Some is very floppy and some very light in color. I’m going to repot but any other tips ?

Some new friends 🌱 I already have a little warty, but this one is so much lighter overall and has more white bands than my larger one, I thought it was really nice and had to get it!! Interested to see if it continues to have such a high white expression to it or if it’ll darken up like the other. And I have an anacampseros sunrise so I got it an anacampseros telephiastrum variegata to keep it company lol. Inherited this office plant. Not sure what to do. It has sad leaves that are yellow but also puffy. Lots of new babies growing at the same time.

What causes the tip of ChloroPhil ox tongue to turn dark and crispy. I have it in a 4 inch glaze pot. When watering it gets 2 tbls of water. Help😔 any advice would help☺️ Thanks
