Finding light for San Pedro in your home
San Pedro love being close to bright, sunny windows 😎.
Place it less than 1ft from a south-facing window to maximize the potential for growth.
San Pedro does not tolerate low-light 🚫.
Select your region to see how the current weather in your area affects the placement of San Pedro in your home 🏡.
How to fertilize San Pedro
Most potting soils come with ample nutrients which plants use to produce new growth.
By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil it’s likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.
To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your San Pedro after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.

Anyone know why my cactus has started to get these light green patches? Always been a solid dark green when healthy… the light green patches are far less plump and are on the lower half of the plant.. Any help much appreciated thanks guys #Echinopsis

I learned the hard way that there is no such thing in Queensland, Australia as overwintering cacti. My #cactus #echinopsis Athena is still quite yellow, it has suffered much because of my ignorance, but it has pulled through and doing better. More of the green colour is visible. I bought this little hamster to cheer me up. I'm sad that I made my belved cactus suffer. #cactusclique

What the Succ is happening with Mr Cactus 😭 #WhatTheSuccWednesday … what My golden torch cactus I’ve had since fall 2019 is suddenly smaller, floppy, and appears to be VERY soft. If you look in the plant profile you will see a pic from tonight with pics from very recently. (His soil isn’t completely dry so he doesn’t need water right now) I didn’t change a single thing. She could prolly use a good repot but idk. Also it has been tippy for a while but I had been holding it up with a stake and it seemed to be fine. Maybe it finally just separated from roots? #GoldenTorch #gregteam #GregGang #AskGreg

Discolouration at the bottom of cactus #CactusClique Just noticed this anyone know what it might be and if I should be concerned. I repotted it with cactus soil about a month ago. To the touch it isn’t mushy.

Is this really a peanut cactus? I've had this guy for over a year but I'm not certain its a peanut cactus but that's all greg says it is. Does anyone have any better ideas? #plantsmakepeoplehappy #happyplants #succulentlove #cactusclique #peanutcactus #whatisthis #identify

I've had this tiny cactus for a year. I propagated it. I have had no experience how to overwinter cacti, and the tiny "Athena" has suffered a lot. She has lost all her green colour in 1 month. I was anxious whether she would survive. I changed the environment, hoping my diagnosis was right. I'm excited to show her photo here on the road to recovery. There's some green at last 🌵💚🤗 #cactusclique #cactus #cacti #echinopsis #greggang #greggers #desertdweller
