How to fertilize Broad Leaved Palm Lily

Most potting soils come with ample nutrients which plants use to produce new growth.
By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil it’s likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.
To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your Broad Leaved Palm Lily after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.

My Ti plant is blooming! In the middle of winter, after she suffered some leaf damage from a bit of cold. I moved her a few weeks ago inside and have kinda been ignoring her, but as I was going to bed last night, I noticed two blooms!!! Pretty neat and it makes me wonder what the connection damage/stress has with new growth/blooms. There's definitely a correlation there! #happyplants #blooming #tiplant #cordyline #plantsmakepeoplehappy #newgrowth #plantaddict #planttherapy #theamigos #jesssjungle #greggang #plantmafia

🍀✨️ APHRODITE UPDATE! ✨️🍀 (Long post) If you have been with me since October or so, you may have remembered my Ti Plant, Aphrodite. She got spider mites and dealt with it for as long as I remember, but I worked hard with her this season, and I have brought great news. Here's a new image of Aphrodite. I gave her a small name change (from Aprodite to Aphrodite, like the god) because she will become beautiful again. Although most of her was diced away into pieces, she still lives on. The spider mites are nearly eradicated. But, I also did something yesterday. I took one of her growing sprouts and pulled it out of her pot, hopefully. This will be a new plant just in case the spider mites strike again on Aprodite. I soaked it in a mix of water and insectidal soap for about a minute and rinsed it in the sink, hopefully eradicating any possible mites on it. l am now letting it propagate in one of the hydroponic pods. I am naming the sprout Harmonia because she is the daughter of Aphrodite (both as a plant and in the myth). (Please take note that I don't know anything else about Aphrodite and Harmonia in the myth.) #happyplants #plantsmakepeoplehappy #plantaddict #planttherapy #plantcorner #plantlove #iloveplants #newgrowth #planttlc #greggang #adhdplantlovers #pestcontrol #spidermites #tiplant

Suggestions needed. I’m not sure what to do. Any suggestions would be great. I’ve never had this type of plant before. I had it at work in the window which is above the heater. She was also covered in spider webs. Is there anything I can do to save her?

My plant has been losing it leaves and is now a tall stem on the bottom with around 10 leaves at the top. What can I do or what am I doing wrong? I would love to save her! TIA #TiPlant

Cordyline nit doing well Hi all, I'm fairly new to plant parenting and got a Cordyline fruticosa 'harlequin' from a nursery a couple weeks ago. It's new so I've mostly been leaving it alone to adjust to the new home. What I thought was initially some stress yellowing seems to be continuing, and now some brown spots and leaf curling is getting worse. I watered a week ago and while the spill is not wet per say, it's definitely still moist. Should I be repotting/checking the roots so soon? What am I doing wrong? #plantsmakepeoplehappy #newplantmom #rootrot #needhelp

Ti plant recovery tips My one beautiful cordyline was massacred by spider mites and maybe some under watering. It’s lost most of its leaves but is still hanging on. While I continue to fight the mites I’m wondering if it’s worth saving only the middle stalk (the short one) or if there’s a possibility to save all. It looks like there’s some new growth in progress on all stalks, but the middle stalk is the only one that looks healthy. Any tips?
