Marigold love being close to bright, sunny windows 😎.
Place it less than 1ft from a south-facing window to maximize the potential for growth.
Marigold does not tolerate low-light 🚫.

How to fertilize Marigold
Most potting soils come with ample nutrients which plants use to produce new growth.
By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil it’s likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.
To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your Marigold after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.

Mealy Bugs / Spidermite Wambo Combo? Noticed some webbing on my Marigolds this week. I brought them in from outside a month ago and I guess I didn't treat them enough. Gave em a shower and some insecticidal soap but in less than 48hrs it's erupted in mealy bugs??? I've legit never had them before so I'm pretty confused. Maybe the insecticidal soap drove them from the soil to higher ground? Worried if I treat it with Neem Oil now they'll be oversaturated and overwatered? Any tips? #marigold #pestcontrol #greggang #mealybugs #spidermites #help #notsohappyplants #dapperpineapple

Drooping Marigolds So my marigolds seemed to be coming along well I moved them so they weren’t so bunched together in the one pot and now some are dropping? What should I do? I watered them yesterday and am waiting for the top inch to dry out to water again. I also am wondering if I need to do something to get flowers? Or if I’m doing something wrong, apologize new to plants and this was my first time growing seeds #marigold #advice #planthelp

Okay, so here’s the scenario: I was gifted a Gold X Red Mixed Mum this last fall and have managed to keep her alive ever since. She belongs outside during the warmer season, but any tips on how I should prune/maintain until it warms up? #NewGrowth

My marigold looks bad :c Hi! I'm a beginner at this. I planted a seed of marigold officinalis a couple of weeks ago. At first she was growing great, but after one week and a half she stopped growing and yesterday she turned yellow and her leaves turned down :c I watered her because I knew that was what she needed, I just waited for the night because someone told me it was better to water the plants at night. I also heard that it was easier to recover a plant for drying than for overwatering, so I didn't do it before trying to avoid that. Basically, I waited for my plant to ask me to watered her, I thought she was going to get well after watering, but I haven't seen any improvement since last night😭 now I don't know what to do. Do any of you have any advice for me? Is there still anything I can do to save her? 😢 She's so small, I don't want her to die. 🤧💔 #marigold #help #dryingplant

Is there a way to mark plants as dormant and/or dead? My marigold plant is pretty much a gonner, but I would still like to be able to see it's gallery, so I don't necessarily want to delete the plant. Any way of getting around this? I'm also curious about marking a plant as dormant or not getting watering reminders for it because I have a dahlia that will be dormant in a couple months but I'm going to replant the tuber come spring. Thank you all for your help in advance! #gregfeedback #greggang #greggerssupportinggreggers #gardendahlia #marigold
