How to fertilize Black Forest Begonia
Most potting soils come with ample nutrients which plants use to produce new growth.
By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil it’s likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.
To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your Black Forest Begonia after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.

Good morn' to you all planty peeps! ☀️ Let's talk about edible plants and gardening. 🌱👩🌾 First, check out this black Opal Basil plant! It smells sooo sweet & lovely, I can't wait to cook with some leaves. I see some pesto in my future! I am also planning on harvesting some to sell at the farmers market in my town, along with any other produce we have extra of this year. We have lots of greens planted like lettuce, arugula and kale. These are in raised beds. We've got herbs like more basil, rosemary, thyme, cilantro, lavender, and dill planted in some huge pots. We also have a strawberry patch, blackberries, and mulberry trees. Not to mention the tomato & pepper plants we haven't planted yet. We have tried our hands at fruit trees; no luck there as of now.. Who else gardens as well as tends to their indoor plants? Favorite garden plant? Best recipes to use basil in? #theamigos #gardening #outsideplants #basil #greggang #plantaddict #outdoorgrowing
