Thank you @debbiedo for suggesting the name Nemo for my original Goldfish plant, I have a little bit that came off a while back and decided to name it Nemo!

What should I name it? My mom got this goldfish plant, and she’s put me in charge of our plants while she’s at work every day, so basically im in charge of the plants I’m general, what should I name it? #HelpMeNameMyPlant

Goldfish Plant care? So, my family (aka my mom) got this goldfish plant as a house gift when we moved to our new place a few months back. I was put in charge of taking care of the plant, but when we were given it, it had a bunch of goldfish things that it grew, and now it is drooping slightly in the bottom layer, and from what I can tell it literally only has two goldfish flowers. How do I go about caring for this plant? Is it me doing something wrong? #NewPlantMom #help #GoldfishPlant #amidoingthisright #idontknowwhatiamdoing

Hello Goldfish Lovers! This is my 2nd Post. So excited to share that my #blackgoldfish plant is BLOOMING for the 2nd Time since October 2025 in it’s new environment (yes on my safe dog crate, lights off at 💤) — with 20 Watt Sansi Grow Lights AND 2 beautiful NEW Bstrip Hanging Grow 18W Full Spectrum, Boho Rattan Lantern Shades, 3800K Wall-Mounted Decorative Grow Lights in my Den. (She gets a bit too much light and drops old leafs) She was the size of my Hand ✋🏻 a year ago w/out flowers. Still can’t get my Variegated Lipstick plant to bloom under the same lights again . 🧐 💚 🐡 🐡 🐡 🐡 … 💚 😍💡 #goldfishplantlovers #GoldfishPlant #blackgoldfishplant #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #HappyPlants #PlantAddict #PetsAndPlants

My goldfish plant never blooms . It was much fuller as well and I noticed a lot of dead stems . What should I do #GuppyPlant

I’ve noticed that my goldfish plant is shrinking. It continues to have leaves and stalks turn brown and drop. Most of it looks good, but what could I do to help it thrive? #GuppyPlant

Repotting Hello, I bought this plant like 1 month ago, it’s still in it’s original soil. What type of pot and what size and soil is best for this plant ? #GoldfishPlant #Nematanthusgregarius #NewGrowth

I’m noticing that some of the leaves are starting to brown and not much new growth has shown up. I stick to a regular watering schedule. Any ideas would be appreciated! #GuppyPlant

This goldfish is in a glazed pot with no drainage. I did water it today, but the soil felt wet before I even watered it… maybe I shouldn’t have? I thought this guy like to dry out a little between waterings; I don’t want to get root rot. Is there some way to change Greg so it isn’t watered so often or by so much? (Correct glazed pot with no drainage was entered as type of pot when plant was photographed and added to plant list).
