How to fertilize Haworthia bolusii
Most potting soils come with ample nutrients which plants use to produce new growth.
By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil itās likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.
To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your Haworthia bolusii after it doubles in size or once a yearāwhichever comes first.

I've failed at keeping this guy level with the soil (see habitat image) and it's truly become an unruly, flower-throwing menace. I love it. #succulentsquad

Is a lamp right over my plant good enough? #Haworthia I put a regular lamp over my Haworthia succulent after repotting and turn it off at night. Is this enough, or do I need an actual grow light? Also, what are some low-cost methods to getting rid of fungus gnats? My plant is not doing well, and i dont know if it is the gnat larvae eating the roots or if it needs actual UV lighting.

New growth is long and skinny. Hi everyone, I need help. Iām not too good at keeping succulents alive but I really really try because I love them! Well, I have been seeing this new skinny-leggy growth on these top leaves and canāt figure out why itās doing this. And it looks like more will be appearing. How do reverse this or fix it to get them thick like the others?

Whatās up with my Star Cactus? All of a sudden, like over the past few days, my Star Cactus has been changing colour from green to that burgundy-ish and possibly looking a little sad. Itās in a very gritty succulent soil and terracotta pot with a drainage hole. Iām quite sure overwatering isnāt the culprit. I also donāt see any obvious signs of pests (although a craggy plant like Drake is tricky to properly inspect). Weāre entering autumn in Southern Ontario and itās been a little grey and rainy so itās been less bright but heās indoors and itās not his first season change so Iām not sure thatās it either. Your thoughts and/or advice are very welcome .

How do I save this haworthia plant? It's been almost two years since I had this plant. Please help me in saving this succulent.

Bartās Blooming! Itās so cute! I found this one unlabeled at a local nursery, and guessing itās a Haworthia cooperi? I donāt keep it in this window for more than a few hours: intense CO sun stresses them out. Iām a recovering plant killer and itās taken me 3 years to figure this out. š #Haworthia #HaworthiaCooperi

Got to repot some of my plants that havenāt gotten repotted yet, they have had the same dirt and pot since last summer.
