She’s a mother!! My dear PVN has a child! They grow up so fast ☺️ Could I just leave the baby with her or would it be best to remove it once she’s a bit bigger? #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantAddict #NewGrowth #PropagationStation #SucculentLove #PlantTherapy #Echeveria #perlevonnurnberg #babyplants #babysucculent

Why is it going up? When I got my #Echeveria it was wide a full then the middle started growing up tall. I cut it and planted it… thinking it would go wider, but I was wrong, haha. You can see the mother created a separate stem and it’s growing tall — again! And the cut that I planted is going tall-ER! (Yes I added a chopstick). And I put all the leaves that fell on some soil, so they grew roots and became independent ones that are growing tall. The question is… how to let it grow horizontally instead? 😬

So I missed an entire week of work and it was the week I needed to water my babies. They probably went without light most days. They don't get much natural light because I'm not near a window at work. #Echeveria

Hmmmm, do I separate these three? The big one is clearly feisty. #Echeveria

This is typically how far my plants are away from my windows...too far? too close? Just want to make sure I'm giving the right amount of light. #echeveria #haworthia #happyplants #plantsmakepeoplehappy

Happy Monday #GregGang 🌱 I hope everyone had a great weekend, & start of the week. Today I visited a new nursery, in Apex. I’ve never been there but I was so amazed by the variety of plants for indoor and out! It was hard not to go crazy, but I only walked out with two plants! 🙀😂 1. painter’s palette (anthurium andraeanum) 🎨 2. Andromischus cooperi (similar to calico hearts, just a different leaf shape) 3. Echeveria from my haul a couple weeks ago. It was starting to etoliate at the store, it’s already looking better, I’m slowly introducing it to more light. If anyone knows what type of echeveria this is, please comment! #PlantID #identify #PlantInfo #echeveria 4. Another repot, graptopetalum ‘ghosty’, they all have babies growing! 5. Green pearl echeveria got a repot as well. #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantAddict #NewGrowth #SucculentLove #Succulents #Graptopetalum #Anthurium #Andromischus #SucculentSquad #Succulent #repotting #NewPlants

Another one of my #EcheveriaLola 💖 this one got etiolated because it was my first #Echeveria ever, and at the time I didn’t understand just HOW much light they need! Lol! (Just to be clear, I do know now and I have dozens of happy succulents under very bright lights 😊) So I did a chop and prop. The original head is happily growing new roots in a tiny terracotta pot, and this one grew 4 new heads. #Succulents are so fascinating! And this one is now my favorite; it’s gorgeous from every angle! #HappyPlants #NewGrowth #PropagationStation #ChopAndProp #SucculentSquad #SucculentLove #Succulent #WhatTheSucc #PlantAddict #babevila

Hey guys ! It’s been a while since I’ve done an update! It’s been a busy month for me moving into my new apartment ! I’m finally settled and came to a devastating conclusion… my succulents aren’t doing well on my deck at my new apartment! Due to a major lack of sun, they have already started stretching, (etoliating). Another major problem combined with lack of sun, was all the rain we got in NC recently. It rained for a week straight, basically all day. Since my porch is on the bottom floor, all the water from the porch above me is falling directly onto my plants causing a super wet environment all around. We all know that succulents don’t tend to favor these environmental conditions. So I have been experimenting leaf drop, blackening of leaves, rotting & stretching. So the only solution was to move my plants back to where they have been thriving all summer, back at my boyfriend’s yard with full sun all day… at this point im starting to wish I never moved them in the first place… I hate causing them any distress. I did manage to repot a couple of plants that needed it… however since I’ve been so busy, I got behind on plant chores and will be doing a massive repot session soon. 😅👩🏻🌾🪴🌱 #SucculentLove #SucculentSquad #Succulents #Succulent #repotting #OutdoorGrowing #OutsidePlants #PlantProblems #newchallenges #GrowingSuccs #
