Is there anyone who enjoys weeding their yard? Finally had a cool day, so I went out behind the house to get rid of the weeds and vines. LOOK at the size of that one weed! It was so woody looking, but had very shallow roots. The worst plant is the two along the wall, I know it as “fish mint”, and it has a unique smell 🤢 I might have to burn my gardening gloves. Pulled out two garbage bags full. Hopefully I won’t have to do this again until spring. #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #FamedGymealily

My lithops are FINALLY splitting!! I’ve had these guys for about two years with nothing really happening but yesterday I checked in on them for the first time in awhile and I saw that they were splitting! Question about rooting and lots of new growth! #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #FiddleLeafFig #PolkaDotBegonia #Jade what should I be looking for in the root growth of my fiddle leaf cuttings as to when I should plant them? I read the roots should start growing rooting tendrils. Do you agree? That will probably take months. Does that sound right. Hold the phone! Look at the amazing plants I saw around town last week! 🤯 🌱 FIRST I’ve seen huge Monsteras like this in greenhouses, but this was just in a store window 😮 And they told me that once the scales fall off the outside, they can eat the fruit! 🌱 NEXT is a cane Begonia in the same store…is that what my Begonias want to be??? We’re going to need a bigger house 😉 🌱AND LAST is one of many gorgeous Dog Tail Cacti I’ve seen around that evidently recently came from a local greenhouse, FOR $20?!?
