Have several growths that are long but have some long areas of no leaves. Shall I cut those off? Can I save the stems to attempt to restart growth?

This is my Monday Motivation My first plant; I’ve had him now for about two years and he has grown to almost five feet. I got the spiral pole last week and decided to gather his wings and shoot them up instead of having them spread out all over the place. Meet Sir Plancelot. Gotta show off a bit with this #jadepothos #propagation! I got him over a month ago from one of the plants my mom has in the living room and I wanted to grow it in water bc I was curious and look how well he's been doing!! I have no clue how he's been doing so good vut I'm so happy he is lol

One of my stems and leaves is totally yellow. Does that mean it’s sick? Do I cut it off as close to the padded soil as I can?
