Has anyone had any experience with Miracle Gro shake n feed? It’s 10-18-9, after research high phosphorus is supposed to help blooms, I put it in about three weeks ago, but I’m only getting leaves on my Rieger Begonia. Advice/thought appreciated :)

When I first saw this plant among the real ones at a local grocery store I thought it was a fake someone left there. Turns out its real which makes it so neat I had never seen one like it.
